Refund Policy
Effective date: October 8, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to CMMC2Ready, operated by Phebsoft LLC ("Phebsoft", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required, and you are not charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to keep using the Service's features.
2. Subscription and billing
The subscription is $199 per month, plus applicable taxes. It is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling turns off automatic renewal, so you will not be billed for later periods. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
4. No refunds for unused time
Payments are non-refundable. We do not refund or prorate any unused days or months remaining in your current billing period after you cancel, and we do not refund any partial period, whether or not you used the Service.
5. Billing errors
If you believe we charged you incorrectly, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a cancellation that took effect before the renewal date, email us at [email protected] within 60 days of the charge. Please include the account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief description. We will review the request, and if we confirm an error, we will correct it by refunding or crediting the incorrect amount. We ask that you contact us first before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve it quickly.
